Well today I want to give you a framework for identifying different personality types and tips for dealing with them. Now this is very different from the personality types we discussed previously as defined by Myers Briggs. Other words to describe it might be drive, energy, behavior, essence or mojo. The system I am presenting here is the work of Bruce D. Schneider.  This is the core foundation of his book, “Energy Leadership”.

The 7 different levels are characterized by thoughts, feelings and actions. Once you understand the different types, and what drives influences and motivates them, you will gain insight into how to deal with each.
